What the evaluation looks at
Attention, working memory, processing speed and executive function, measured directly rather than inferred from a questionnaire. Developmental and academic history, current functioning at school or at work, and the mood and anxiety picture, since all of it can produce the same complaint.
Who it is for
Children whose teachers have raised a concern. Teenagers whose grades stopped matching their ability. Adults who have compensated successfully for years and have run out of room. An evaluation is equally useful for confirming ADHD and for ruling it out.
What you receive
A written report setting out what was found and what it means, a feedback session to go through it in plain language, and specific recommendations. With your consent the report can go to a school, a physician or an attorney.
