Assessment Services

After an injury, a clear baseline.

After a concussion or a more serious injury, the hardest part is often that nobody can tell you how much has actually changed. Neuropsychological testing measures it directly, which makes both recovery and accommodation something you can plan around.

What the evaluation looks at

Attention, memory, processing speed, language and executive function, interpreted against what would be expected for your age, education and history. Mood is assessed alongside, because depression and anxiety follow injury often and affect the same abilities.

Where the findings go

Reports are commonly used by treating physicians, by rehabilitation teams, by employers considering a return to work, and in legal matters. Recommendations are written with those readers in mind.

What you receive

A written report, a feedback session, and practical recommendations for work, study and daily life. Repeat testing over time can show whether and how much things are changing.
